Accurity was contacted by a central Indiana power plant to provide support during there fall outage. The work was mainly on there 2 Nooter Eriksen HRSG boilers. We installed 23 valves from 3/4″ to 6″, repaired sparging nozzles in the condenser, re-routed drain lines, weld repaired cracks in there HP Superheat header (P-91) which required post weld heat treatment, and worked on there steam drum internals. The job was finished on time and on budget. Below is a photo of the HP Superheater lower header before the repairs.
