Accurity Industrial Contractors, LLC. was recently hired to remove and reinstall an SCR frame that had been damaged inside a Nooter/Eriksen, Inc. HRSG. This job required the removal of 40 Cormetech catalyst blocks, the removal of structural beams, casing and lining and of course the old SCR frame it self. The new SCR frames where installed in roughly 4 – 10′ wide x 70′ long frame pieces that weighted 16,000 lbs. The installation work also included reworking the floor, sidewall and roof connection pins, new seal plates and interior lining repair.
