Accurity is supporting 3 back to back outages for our customers on HRSG’s.
- Outage #1 – Provide replacement of 25 #thermowells, from Stainless to P-91, remove creep in the heat affected zone of 3 – 16″ x 10″ WOL’s, and provide other miscellaneous valve replacement and instrument repair.
- Outage #2 – 6 day pit stop for 4 units, repairing leaks, providing critical inspections, repairing hot spots, etc…
- Outage #3 – Removal and replacement of 2 – 16″ sch 160 Non Return Valves, removal and re-installation of a HP Steam drum belly pan, and find and repair tube leaks in 1 HRSG and 1 Auxiliary boiler.
